Omexom EDP reaches 21 years

On Thursday 23 July, the 2025 Employee Development Programme (EDP) participants delivered their final presentations to our senior managers, in conclusion of their six-month journey on the Employee Development Programme.

This year’s EDP was the 21st programme held since its inception in 2002. Most of our senior leaders have also attended in previous years.

There is a sense of nostalgia with this year’s programme, as it will be Learning and Development Manager Jerome Cudmore’s last one, as he is retiring next week.

Jerome started this programme with Zia Associates, way back in 2002, and he has played a key role in the growth and continuity of the programme over the past 23 years.
