Omexom launches 2025-2026 Women@Omexom programme

Omexom New Zealand proudly launched its inaugural Women@Omexom Female Mentoring Programme for 2025 — a bold step toward empowering women across the business.

The initiative pairs 12 mentors (male and female) with 12 female mentees from diverse roles and regions, united by a shared commitment to growth, connection, and leadership.

The launch day, facilitated by personal development expert Amanda Fleming, featured energising sessions on presentation skills, emotional intelligence, and well-being.

Amanda’s engaging style created a safe, uplifting space for learning and connection — laying the foundation for meaningful relationships and personal breakthroughs.

Support Services Perimeter Director Lesley Black and Managing Director Mornez Green attended the event, reinforcing the senior leadership’s commitment to the programme.

Lesley encouraged mentees to shape the journey through feedback, while Mornez reaffirmed Omexom’s goal of developing and investing in female talent.

Running until June 2026, the programme includes monthly catch-ups to support ongoing development.

By investing in mentorship, Omexom is unlocking potential, strengthening its culture, and helping women rise — because, as Amanda reminded the group: “When women rise, everyone rises.”
