GirlBoss Edge: Sustainability is a 10-day online career accelerator to empower high school-aged young women to achieve their career goals.  A sustainability and STEM programme designed to inspire young women to explore careers in the electricity supply industry, we hope to encourage young women into the industry and grow a new generation of female engineers, technicians, analysts, electricians, etc.

Omexom is proud to partner with client Vector to support this fantastic initiative this year. The programme is designed to give young women access to role models, networks, and workplaces that they may not be able to access in their everyday communities.
