The Women@Omexom programme was officially launched on the 25th of October. The eventful day began with a welcome from our Managing Diretcor Mornez Green. An impressive line-up of guest speakers followed, including Alison Blackler and Nikki Newham from Transpower, Teina Teariki Mana from Vector, as well as our very own Support Perimeter Director Lesley Black, and Learning and Development Manager Jerome Cudmore.

Lise Wattebled and Ghislain Olagne from VINCI Energies Asia-Pacific joined us too, along with some members of our leadership team.  The day concluded with a meet-and-greet session with their buddies, followed by a networking dinner at Casablanca.

On the same day, we commemorated #MenopauseAwarenessDay (15th October). Omexom invited Niki Bezzant via Teams to speak on #menopause.  Niki gave us the lowdown on the last taboo of #womenshealth and opened the door to having these conversations and educating us on the topic.  207 staff members joined online and from various offices in person.
